What it does

Send a message from chat and have it filed in the right store without opening a second app.

Highlights

• ▸A booking, meal, task, or note sent by text is routed to the trip board, food log, tracker, or Obsidian.
• ▸Easy messages are filed by rules and never call a model. Only unclear ones go to a model.
• ▸Domain packs (health, Japanese, food, diving, investing, travel) decide where things are filed. That work now lives in Domain Foundry, and Hermes is still the front door.

Architecture

A shared routing layer: rules first, with a model as the fallback. It writes to Obsidian, a Kanban board, and a dataset factory. Domain packs and data migration have since moved into Domain Foundry.
