What it does?

Send a message from chat and have it filed in the right store without opening a second app.

Highlights

• ▸Text a booking, a meal, a task, or a note. Routing sends it to the trip board, food log, tracker, or Obsidian.
• ▸Easy messages hit pack rules and never call a model. Ambiguous ones escalate.
• ▸Domain packs (health, Japanese, food, diving, investing, travel) are the filing map. Pack and import work now lives in Domain Foundry. Hermes stays the front door.

Architecture

Shared routing layer. Rules first, model fallback. Writes to Obsidian, Kanban, dataset factory. Foundry hermes-agent adapter and Foundry import took over pack/migration.
